At Bilal Furniture, we pride ourselves on delivering top-quality furniture and home accessories to enhance your living space. With our commitment to excellence, we strive to make your shopping experience convenient and hassle-free. 

Delivery Timelines and Charges: 

Please allow a delivery timeline of minimum 15 to 25 working days and 25 to 40 for all common and luxurious on order to make furniture products and 10 to 15 working days for home accessories. For promotional items, specific delivery times are mentioned in the product description. 

For orders including both office furniture and home furniture our system calculates delivery charges based on furniture rates. 

Delivery to various cities, including Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Wah Cantt, Taxila, Hassan Abdal, Mardan, Nowshera, Peshawar, Abbottabad, Haripur, and Attock, is available. Delivery charges vary depending on your location, and our sales representative will communicate these to you. 

Please note that our delivery team will contact you to provide exact delivery timelines, especially for urgent deliveries. 

Shipping Policy: 

Our shipping timings vary for different products and categories, as mentioned on the product as well as delivery policy page and informed upon order confirmation. Any delays will be promptly communicated, though we advise confirming contact details for seamless communication. Unforeseen delays, such as custom clearance or external factors, may extend delivery by up to 7-10 working days or more. 

Delivery charges may vary based on product type and location and cannot be refunded. Customers are responsible for any additional custom or duty charges. 

Delivery Timeline: 

At Bilal Furniture, we aim to deliver your orders approx. within 20-25 working days after full advance payment and finalization of details. Please note that this timeline starts after full payment and finalization of order details. 

We understand that unforeseen circumstances like extreme weather, law and order position or political unrest may cause delays. In such cases, our dedicated Production & Logistics Department will inform you proactively. 

Delivery Policy: 

Upon manufacturing completion, we’ll notify you to arrange delivery within 7 days. Failure to receive your order within this period may incur warehouse fees that depends and vary order to order for this please make sure you contacted us via WhatsApp +92-3145556659. 
Please inspect your order upon delivery for any damages. Claims for damages reported after 24 hours will not be accepted. It is our recommendation that please make ensure when your order arrived start making a video and when successfully placed at your desired place in your address make sure you have received your product safe and undamaged. If damaged or change product you receive please send that recorded video to our WhatsApp Number. Our team will contact you directly after getting into it. 

Damages in Delivery: 

While we take utmost care, damages during delivery can occur. We’ll keep you informed of any delays or repairs needed. 

For damages during delivery by our crew, we’ll take responsibility for repairs. For courier-delivered damages, we’ll assist in filing a claim, though no refunds are provided for damages. 

Respectful Delivery Interactions: 

We value respectful interactions. Any abusive behavior towards our crew may result in order cancellation with applicable deductions. 

Timely Unpacking After Delivery: 

Prompt unpacking is crucial to avoid risks like termite infestation. We recommend unpacking in a timely manner to maintain furniture quality.
