Return / Refund / Exchange Policy 

We prioritize customer satisfaction; returns accepted only for defective items. 

Cancellation Policy: 

  • Cancel within 24 hours, RS 3000/- charged. Sale items non-cancellable. 
  • Cancellation not possible post delivery. No returns on sale items. 

Refund Policy: 

  • No refunds for perfect-condition, as-seen-on-website products. 
  • Promotional and discounted items non-refundable. 

Return & Exchange: 

  • Exchange for defective, damaged, or incorrect items at delivery. 
  • No cash refunds for COD; Credit Card reversals possible pre-dispatch. 

Conditions: 

  • Notify within 3 days of delivery. 
  • Product must be unused, with tags, and accessories. 
  • Inadequate condition returns not accepted. 

Return Process: 

  • Contact customer service upon receiving the product. 
  • Provide order details and reason for return. 

Refund Process: 

  • Approved refunds initiated directly to the customer. 

Exchange Policy: 

  • Report within 24 hours of shipment receiving. 
  • Provide proof via unpacking videos/images. 
  • Product lifted and dispatched within 15 working days.
