At Bilal Furniture | bilalfurniture.pk, we ensure the quality of our products.
Our warranty covers material defects in workmanship, materials, and construction.
Only indoor furniture is under warranty.
EXCLUSIONS: Commercial use, accidents, abuse, neglect, or improper care.
Handcrafted products may have slight variations in size, shape, and color.

****The Leather and Upholstery Fabric Limited Warranty also includes seam slippage, cracking, and dye transfers. These Limited Warranties do not cover tears, flattening of nap, pilling, fading, or shrinking.
***Softening of cushion cores is considered normal wear.
*“Lifetime” means the normal useful life of the product under reasonable use.
LIMITATIONS AND EXCEPTIONS
Remedy
Bilal Furniture | bilalfurniture.pk will repair or replace products not in conformity with the Limited Warranties.
REFUNDS ARE NOT AVAILABLE.
Replacement materials may vary in color from the original.
Labor Coverage
Bilal Furniture | bilalfurniture.pkcovers labor costs within one year from the purchase date.
After that, the purchaser is responsible for labor and shipping costs.
Transportation costs are excluded from all warranties.
Chemical Treatments
Chemical treatments void all warranties.
Modifications
Products altered without Bilal Furniture | bilalfurniture.pk authorization are not covered.
